Blackburn and Birmingham first out the blocks in race for Blackpool's Charlie Adam
Blackburn have opened the bidding for Blackpool midfielder Charlie Adam along with Birmingham, offering £2million.
The 25-year-old, who is also wanted by Everton, Bolton and Newcastle, has been outstanding this season and Blackburn manager Steve Kean wants to him to kickstart his recuitment drive.
Blackburn have also asked about Arsenal's Jay Emmanuel Thomas.
