Chelsea captain John Terry is facing a race against time to prove his fitness ahead of Sunday's London derby against in-from Tottenham.
The former England international was carried off on a stretcher with an ankle injury during the midweek Champions League victory against Maccabi Tel Aviv.
Terry has been working hard to recover in time for the crunch clash at White Hart Lane this weekend and the defender was filmed jogging in the hydrotherapy pool at Chelsea's Cobham training ground.

In a video posted on the defender's official Instagram account, Terry can be seen running in the pool before the camera cuts to a TV screen displaying an underwater camera feed that is filming his legs.
The pool allows players to run without applying the pressure of their full body weight on foot, ankle and leg injuries.
Alongside the video on the social media site, Terry wrote: 'Jogging in the Hydroworx Pool this morning trying to get my ankle right.'
Terry had to be replaced during the second half of the 4-0 win in Israel on Tuesday night by Kurt Zouma, who scored the final goal of the evening.

Terry is now a doubt for the Premier League clash against Tottenham at White Hart Lane on Sunday
Terry appeared to land awkwardly on his ankle under pressure from Maccabi midfielder Gal Alberman in the 70th minute at the Sammy Ofer Stadium.
Asked after the match if Terry was a doubt for the game against Spurs, Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho answered: 'Of course he is.'
Chelsea will be hoping to have their captain available against a Tottenham side that have not lost in 12 Premier League matches – since the opening day of the season.
Chelsea have won their last two games – the first time the Blues have claimed back to back victories since beating Arsenal and Walsall in September – and a third on Sunday would see them close the gap on Spurs to seven points.
