RIO FERDINAND: Who knows where I'll be playing next season... but for now I'm doing my best for the BBC
As I wrote a few weeks ago, I’ll be playing on next season at a new club.
But I remain uncertain where that will be. I would have liked it wrapped up last week but these things are never as simple as they seem.
New opportunities have presented themselves and it’s only right that I give everything proper consideration.
Play on: Rio Ferdinand does not know where he will be playing next season
Doing his best: Ferdinand says he is trying to become the best pundit he can
I’m still speaking to a number of clubs in England and other countries. I’m sure it will be resolved soon, but for the moment I’ll focus on doing the best job I can for the BBC out here in Rio.
This is a new trade for me that I hope to improve in and, like playing, there’s no bigger stage than the World Cup.
