Ronnie Moore is set to be named Hartlepool manager and the takeover is not expected to change that
That will mean the end of chairman Ken Hodcroft’s tenure at the club.
But the takeover is not thought to affect the impending appointment of Ronnie Moore as Hartlepool manager.
His first task will be to save Pools from relegation and they are currently six points adrift of safety at the bottom of League Two.
