Jose Mourinho will learn his fate on Monday after being charged with misconduct by the Football Association following his half-time dismissal in Chelsea's loss at West Ham last month.
Mourinho faces the threat of a touchline ban after refusing to leave the referee's room during his showdown with match official Jon Moss at Upton Park on October 24.
The forthcoming announcement will pile further pressure on the Chelsea boss who has suffered a disastrous start to the season and is fighting to save his job.

Referee Moss sent off Chelsea midfielder Nemanja Matic during the first half of Chelsea's defeat
Chelsea suffered their sixth Barclays Premier League defeat of the season on Saturday as Liverpool came from a goal behind to condemn the champions to a 3-1 defeat at Stamford Bridge.
As Sportsmail revealed last month, the Portuguese coach was invited into the referee's room by Moss at half-time in an attempt to defuse the powder-keg situation at Upton Park.
But it is suggested that Mourinho did not make it that far — instead the under-pressure boss is said to have blown his top, launching into a foul-mouthed tirade at Moss, claiming 'Arsene Wenger was right – you're f*****g soft'.
He then refused to speak to the media after the match, which ended in another defeat for Mourinho's side.
Silvino Louro, one of Mourinho's assistants, was sent to the stands after Nemanja Matic was red carded following two bookable offences and the coach has also been charged with misconduct.
Both the Hammers and the Blues have also been charged for failing to control their players in the aftermath of the challenge which led to Matic's dismissal.
