Chelsea and Manchester City handed Paul Pogba transfer boost with confirmation that Juventus star has not signed pre-agreement

  • Mino Raiola says his client Paul Pogba has not agreed to sign for any club
  • There had been speculation that Barcelona had reached an agreement
  • But Manchester City and Chelsea target is still open to different clubs
  • Juventus star Pogba's future set to be a big topic again next summer

Super agent Mino Raiola has opened the door to fresh interest in Juventus star Paul Pogba after confirming that the Chelsea and Manchester City target is yet to agree any deal on his future.

Pogba, 22, is Europe's hottest property and will spark a £70million race for his signature when Italian champions Juventus eventually cash in on the value of their French starlet.

Chelsea and Barcelona were Pogba's biggest suitors last summer but, despite speculation that he had sealed a pre-contract agreement with the Spanish champions, the midfielder stayed in Turin.

And agent Raiola says nothing has been agreed to secure a route out of Italy for his client, even keeping the door open for in-demand Pogba to stay in Serie A for another season.

'We said no to several teams, and continue to move forward, judging the moment,' Raiola said. 'We can't say that Pogba will leave after this season, he could stay another year at Juventus.

'We don't have a pre-agreement with anyone.'

The words of the man who once told Zlatan Ibrahimovic to 'f*** himself' boost the prospects of City and Chelsea in any move to sign Pogba when they freshen up their midfields next summer.

'When the right project comes along at the right time for everyone then we could leave, but an agreement has to be reached with Juventus first,' Raiola told Gr Parlamento.

'His value? You'd have to ask Juventus, they've always said that they won't even talk about it for less than €100m (£71m).
