Jese Rodriguez is ready to leave Stoke City and return to his boyhood club Las Palmas.
The Spaniard has been on loan from Paris St Germain but has not enjoyed his spell at Stoke and wants a return to Spain.
His time at Stoke has been further complicated by the fact his son Nyan was born prematurely and he has had to make regular visits to a hospital in Madrid.

Stoke, who sacked manager mark Hughes on Saturday, have considered Bordeaux midfielder Yassine Benrahou and also want Fulham right-back Ryan Fredericks.
The Potters currently find themselves inside the relegation zone in 18th place.
Goal difference separates themselves and Southampton, who sit just above the drop zone despite also having registered just 18 points so far.
The now managerless side have picked up just one win in their last five Premier League games.
