Everton have confirmed the departure of striker Kevin Mirallas, after the Belgian striker completed a return move to his former club Olympiacos.
The 30-year-old has made the switch to the Greek giants on a loan deal for the duration of the current campaign.
Mirallas was deemed surplus to requirements by new manager Sam Allardyce and found himself falling down the Goodison Park pecking order in recent seasons.
Everton have confirmed the departure of striker Kevin Mirallas to Olympiacos on a loan deal
Olympiacos have proposed an initial loan with view to a £5million deal, though Everton did initially want a permanent transfer.
Mirallas joined Everton from Olympiacos in 2012 when he was signed by David Moyes for £6m.
He was wanted by West Ham last season but the clubs failed to agree a deal.
Olympiacos won the Greek title by a six-point margin from PAOK last season but they are currently third this term, although they can go top by beating Larissa on Sunday.

Belgian international Mirallas started only two games this season for the Toffees.
Everton took to their official Twitter account on Sunday to post a series of images in tribute of Mirallas' time on Merseyside, before announcing the move to their 1.46m followers.
