France 3-0 Germany: Corinne Diacre's side end SheBelieves Cup with victory

France's below-par SheBelieves Cup ended on a high as they beat Germany in their final game of the tournament.
Les Bleues were bottom of the four-team group going into Wednesday's final encounter with one draw and defeat from their two matches.
However, they ensured they would at least finish third in Orlando after scoring three past Germany thanks to goals from Amandine Henry, Eugenie Le Sommer and Valerie Gauvin.

Henry opened the scoring for Corinne Diacre's side with a blistering 20-yard strike after some neat play found her unmarked on the egde of the box.
It was until 10 minutes into the second half when France doubled their lead through Le Sommer.
And any hopes Germany had of staging an unlikely comeback were dealt a bigger blow when Gauvin swept home from close range.
It was a big win for the French against their illustrious opponents who are currently ranked second in FIFA's world rankings - four places above them.
