A Matchroom made in heaven for Froch: The Cobra leaves Hennessy Sports for Hearn's stable
World super-middleweight champion Carl Froch has prepared for his Super Six semi-final against Glen Johnson by switching promoters and joining Barry Hearn’s Matchroom stable.
The Nottingham fighter, 33, who will also defend his title against Johnson in Atlantic City on June 4, has ended his long relationship with Hennessy Sports.

Meanwhile, Ricky Hatton has enhanced his reputation as a promoter by getting 34-year-old Briton Ryan Rhodes a world title fight against Mexican sensation Saul Alvarez in Guadalajara on June 18.
