Grube teams up with London 2012 silver medallist Patience following Elliot Willis' cancer diagnosis at the end of last year.

Britain will take a 15-strong sailing group to Rio, and team leader Stephen Park said: " Finalising the Games team is always an exciting moment and allows us to now really focus on the final run-in and what it takes to win medals in the extremely challenging environment that Rio presents."
