China autos group visits EU counterpart, discusses anti-subsidy probe

BEIJING, Oct 12 (Reuters) - A working group headed by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM) visited the headquarters of the European Automobile Manufacturers' Association (ACEA) in Brussels where they touched on the EU anti-subsidy probe, per CAAM on Thursday.

Guangzhou Automobile Group, FAW Jiefang and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group are among the team members, CAAM said in a statement on its official WeChat account.

The working group and ACEA exchanged views on several other topics including new EU battery regulations, it said. (Reporting by Beijing newsroom; editing by Jason Neely)
