P118 constraint requires updating

The mandatory P118 (league) constraint needs to be changed to also accept the American Basketball Association (Q463486) as a valid value that fulfills the requirement.

For example https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q3935014 has this property validly defined (https://www.sports-reference.com/cbb/players/rick-mount-1.html) but he never played in the NBA, only the ABA which is also documented by the Sports-Reference site.

I'm not certain how to make this change.
