Biohacker Bryan Johnson reveals his son's diet and exercise regime... and everyone's saying the same thing

Biohacker Bryan Johnson has re-shared his and his son's joint diet and exercise regime.

The plan — which aims to slow aging — sees Bryan and 18-year-old Talmage wake up at 5am every day and go to bed at 8.30pm.

It also involves having the last meal of the day at noon, and sticking to a 2,000 calorie vegan diet including broccoli, cauliflower and walnuts — but excluding popular junk foods like pizza and burgers.

The plan has divided opinion online, with many saying it is too strict for a teenage boy.

It is not the first time Bryan, 47, and Talmage have been criticized for working together on a wellness plan.

Johnson previously revealed he injected his son's blood in a bizarre attempt to de-age himself.

Other strategies Bryan has used to shave years off his life include tracking his erections at night, which he says is a biological age marker of sexual function.

Some online were supportive of his son also following the plan, but others said he should be out spending more time with friends

Revealing the plan online under the heading, 'build a family culture of health and hard work', Bryan wrote:

'My son Talmage and I: Final meal of the day at noon; In bed 8.30pm, up 5am; Sleep 100%, two hours deep, two hours REM, awake less than 30 minutes; BluePrint Stack / food, 60-min workout... focused work.'

Underneath, he shared a video of himself doing pull-ups and his son doing chest dips.

Responding to the routine online, one person said: 'That's great that he [your son] wants to emulate you but a kid at his age going to bed at 8.30? That isn't right.

'You gotta give more freedom to some of these young kids. He should be out with his friends and goofing around.'

Another said, 'Kid's daily schedule lookin' like a prison routine, but with more blood tests.'

Others were more supportive, however, including one who wrote, 'instilling these values in your son this early will breed a winner', and a second who said, 'this level of discipline is inspiring'.

Another said: 'Talmage is the one to be feared. His pace of aging is probably the rate of a child in the womb.'

Johnson is known for his outlandish anti-ageing treatments, and for spending $2million-a-year on his health alone — and for his army of a hundred supplements he takes every day.

He has invested in his own state-of-the-art gym, red light masks, and numerous other therapies — as well as covering tests for potential new therapies out-of-pocket.

And testing suggests he has now reduced his biological age by five years and significantly slowed his pace of aging in his cells.

Talmage moved in with his father for his final year before college, where he also decided to work with him on the plan.

He is expected to go to college in Chicago next year, where he hopes to continue to follow the routine at the same time as making new friends and maybe meeting a girlfriend.

Back in 2019, Bryan was having his last meal at 4pm and going to bed by 9pm. At the time, he said: 'It had never occurred to me that becoming the most boring person ever could feel so GOOD!'

But following testing and trial and error, he settled on the time of going to bed at 8.30pm and having his last meal at noon.

Johnson revealed the routine today, just after his new series dropped on Netflix titled: 'Don't Die: The Man Who Wants To Live Forever'.
