Van Gogh paintings

An article (Two Van Gogh paintings to be shown in London for first time, 27 January, p3) incorrectly said that two of the artist’s paintings, created during his time in hospital at Arles, had never been on show in London before. One of them, The Courtyard of the Hospital at Arles, had in fact recently been on display as part of a National Gallery exhibition, but it will be the first time the works have been shown together in London.
