An article (How to survive a snow-in at Britain’s highest pub, 7 January, p17) said that part of the 1981 film An American Werewolf in London was shot at the Tan Hill Inn. In fact, it was not that pub, but the Black Swan in Martyr’s Green, Surrey.
Punta Pennata in Italy was described as a “200 sq metre islet”; that is the size of the villa located there, not the islet itself (Mayor leads fight to save island paradise near Naples from being sold to investors, 10 January, p29).
