Corrections and clarifications

Aaron Siri

An article (RFK Jr adviser part of effort to revoke approval for polio vaccine, 14 December, p31) said Aaron Siri had in 2022 filed a petition calling for the Food and Drug Administration to withdraw approval for “the polio vaccine”. To clarify: the action was against the single-antigen polio vaccine, Ipol; there are in addition five combination vaccines licensed in the US that contain a polio vaccine and which were not the subject of the petition.
