Jenna Bush Hager faced some ribbing from her colleagues on the Today show on Thursday when she revealed that her four-year-old son, Hal, sleeps in a crib.
The host, 41, was chatting with her co-star Hoda Kotb, 59, about whether her three children are as organized as she is at home when she admitted that 'Hal is still in his crib.'
They were both laughing as she jokingly asked if she would 'need to move him out' and into a bed at some point.
'How old is he?' Kotb tentatively asked about Bush Hager's only son, who celebrated his fourth birthday in early August.

The mother of two seemed to be gearing up to tell her that her youngest child was too old to be sleeping in a crib, but she didn't get a chance to share her thoughts.
'Y’all it’s normal right?' Bush Hager said, turning to the cameras.
Producers behind the scenes responded with a resounding, 'No!'
'What? I wasn’t even asking you, I was asking them,' she yelled, referring to the viewers at home. 'It’s normal to have a four-year-old, your last child, nicely in his crib where he feels safe, right?'
Kotb wanted to know how her son gets up to go to the bathroom at night when he is confined to his crib.
'He doesn’t need to — but if he ever had an accident then it happens in his crib,' she replied.
Most toddlers will transition from a crib to a bed between 18 months and three years old, according to the Cleveland Clinic.
Bush Hager noted that she is ready to move Hal to a bed, but he is adamant that he wants to stay in his crib.

'I said, "Do you wanna, maybe let’s try to talk about moving you next week to your bed," and he said, "Not this Christmas but next Christmas,"' she said in a baby voice.
'He wants to be the only kindergartner in his crib,' she added. 'Anyway, to each their own.'
Bush Hager and her husband, Henry Hager, are also parents to two daughters, 10-year-old Mila and eight-year-old Poppy.
The mom's revelation comes just a few days after she admitted she went 'too far' with a joke about having an affair.
Bush Hager and Kotb were discussing how attractive they find men who read on Monday's episode of Today with Hoda & Jenna when the latter walked her through a fantasy scenario.

'OK, you see a man with a book sitting on a park bench in Central Park reading. What is the first thing you’re thinking?” Kotb asked.
'If they have little eyeglasses too, just sitting reading, and if they’re reading something I respect? I mean that could be a means for an affair,' Bush Hager said.
The former first daughter immediately backtracked on her comment, insisting she 'just kidding' and would 'never do that.'
'I would never. Henry and I are very happy — and he reads,' she added of her husband of 15 years.
Kotb wanted to know why she was getting so 'defensive' about the joke.
'Because I shouldn’t have said that! I went too far,' Bush Hager admitted.
