The First Lady, 73, wore a striking outfit, consisting of a Barbie-pink pencil skirt sitting just above the knees and a matching blazer with three large buttons.
She wore a black wool coat and leather gloves, with her blonde hair styled into loose curls that draped loosely over her shoulders.
Jill completed the bright look with a pair of statement sunglasses and a pair of sling-back heels in a darker shade of pink.
She was walking with husband, President of the United States Joe Biden, 82, and their grandson Beau.
Joe looked smart in a navy blue suit, paired with a light blue tie, with Beau also donning a small suit.
The trio were walking to Marine One for departure from the South Lawn.
On Wednesday, Jill was seen sitting with Vice President Kamala Harris as Joe made his final address to the American public.

Pictures showed the two women smiling and even holding hands after months of rumors that the are 'feuding' after Kamala became the Democrat presidential candidate for the 2024 election.
The women appeared to have put their rumored differences aside in a show of support for the President.
Sources claim Jill has long disliked Kamala, dating back to her ravaging Joe on the debate stage in June 2019 - during the first Democratic debate of the 2020 cycle.
On Wednesday night, a visibly emotional Joe thanked his wife and family for standing by him during five decades in politics, before issuing a parting warning to voters.

She told the newspaper that Trump said: 'I had a good meeting with your husband in the Oval Office.'
