Jesper Lekland and Amanda Wallander from Stockholm, Sweden have devised a synchronised workout routine that rewards them with a kiss at the end of each rep
'We absolutely love the exercises where each rep rewards you with a kiss,' Jesper said.
The pair who exercise five times a week for an hour attempt creative exercises that require two people, such as Jesper lifting his blonde girlfriend like a barbell.

The also do press ups with Jasper completing the move in a traditional fashion while Amanda props herself up on his back.

Rather than always being cooped up in the gym, the 'inseparable' couple like to mix up their training with outdoor yoga
After the couple met on Tinder a year ago, they quickly discovered a shared interest in exercise.
'At first it was hard to merge two different workout routines, seeing as we had completely different backgrounds,' Jesper explained.
'We then decided to do a totally new workout instead, doing couples exercises to make it more fun and to make it better suit our needs.
Amanda told how the couple clicked instantly after matching on the dating app.
'We decided to meet up and have been inseparable ever since. We now live together and can't stand the thought of being apart, even for a day,' she said.
Jesper admits they're both very competitive and hate losing, so they've designed the workouts to make sure they're not pitted against each other
Muscular Jesper also lifts his girlfriend like a barbell. Amanda says she is pleased their healthy lifestyle and close relationship is an inspiration to other people
The pair are set to launch a healthy meal plan website next year, and have been approached by companies for sponsorship deals
The only thing that threatens to get in the way of their domestic bliss is the fact that both are extremely competitive and don't take kindly to losing.
'We decided to design our workouts to not compete with each other,' Jesper said.
'Each exercise requires the cooperation of both of us or it wouldn't work.
'As we remove the competitive element we can instead focus on encouraging and helping each other to evolve.'

When not working out, Amanda and Jesper like to cuddle on the sofa and watch their favourite TV programmes in order to bring 'balance' to their lives
'We love being an inspiration and have really taken this to heart, determined to be the best possible inspiration we can be.'
But it's not all sweat and tears for the athletic pair, who like to take the opportunity to chill out after a long gym session.
Amanda said: 'As soon as we get some free time we cuddle on the sofa and watch our favourite shows.
'We love to wind down and would encourage our fans to do the same, it really does help to bring balance in your life.
'When we get the chance we travel. We love to discover new places and experience new things.'
