A short clip shared on YouTube sees the ripped dad from Wildomar, California, bringing a smile to his daughter's face while getting in a quick workout.
At the start of the video, the shirtless father sets up the camera before moving over to his little girl who is lying on the carpet in their family home.

'Ready?' he asks her while getting into push-up position.
The precious toddler doesn't appear to know what is about to happen, but she bursts out into laughter when her father lowers himself down to give her a quick kiss on the forehead.
'Muah,' he says each time he gives her a peck.
And dad isn't the only one getting in a workout.

Even when she turns her head, her dad manages to get another kiss, which makes laugh even more.
The baby is cooing and giggling the entire time, and at the end of the clip, her dad slows down his push-ups to cover his little girl with kisses before finishing his workout.
The video, which was posted to the YouTube channel ViralHog on Wednesday, already has more than a few fans.
