A young entrepreneur who owns a doughnut empire has created the ultimate mash-up of a cheese toastie and garlic bread. 

Morgan Hipworth, from Melbourne, shared his very simple six-ingredient recipe to make the perfect grilled cheese garlic bread toastie.

To make his grilled cheese and garlic bread combination, all you'll need are two slices of bread, cheese, butter, garlic, sea salt and parsley.

'Name a better combo than garlic bread and a grilled cheese,' the 19-year-old said in his TikTok video.

In a bowl, Morgan mixed a tablespoon of butter, a clove of diced garlic, a pinch of salt and chopped parsley until well combined. 

Next, he buttered the slices of bread on both sides before adding cheese.

'Spread on the outside, butter the bread, then fill with cheese... I'd recommend using a combination of pepper Jack and Swisse cheese,' he explained.

'Grill on both sides until golden brown and the cheese is melted,' he said.

'Boom! There's the perfect crossover between garlic bread and grilled cheese.'

His video has since been viewed more than 138,000 times after he posted it on Tuesday, with many saying they couldn't wait to try it. 

While one follower confirmed: 'Just made these today, they were awesome,' and another added: 'Just made this, it's so good.'

At just 19, Morgan has launched his own bustling bakehouse Bistro Morgan in Melbourne selling gourmet doughnuts, breakfast, lunch, coffee and other desserts.
