Concerns that Kerri-Anne Kennerley is being set up to look like a 'nasty old rich woman' and will be made the 'villain' on I'm a Celebrity
Entertainment reporter Peter Ford has shared his concerns that Kerri-Anne Kennerley could get a 'villain edit' on I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! Australia.
Ford told 3AW Breakfast on Tuesday that he worries Kennerley may be 'set up' on the show - but insists she's smart enough to defy any attempts to make her look bad.
'I hope they aren’t setting her up to be the nasty old rich woman,' he told the radio program.
'Don't forget that a couple of years ago, there were incidents where some people have perceived things she has said to be racist, and there are two black contestants appearing this year, so I hope it’s not a set up,' he went on.
'So much has to do with editing and how they edit you. And if they decide you will be the one to make the villain, you have literally no control over what is going to air.

'But Kerri-Anne is very shrewd, she knows when a camera is on her. She is always conscious of being on,' he added.

While Married At First Sight star Domenica Calarco retrieved cards containing the lock combinations from cages containing creepy critters, Kerri-Anne tried desperately to stay above water.
The tank was soon also filled with some special guests - a number of slithering snakes.
Kerri-Anne screamed in horror as the snakes wound around her arms and even attempted to crawl on her face.
She was also given the opportunity to get a final 13th star, which was attached to a baby crocodile.
However the television veteran shrieked in fear when the animal was dropped into the tank and demanded to be released, the challenge ending with a healthy 12 stars.
