I don't want a lot for Christmas... just a $400,000 Rolls Royce! Mariah Carey tweets a picture of her new personalised Phantom
She sang that she didn't want a lot for Christmas in one of the most famous festive songs of all time.
But it seems Mariah Carey's husband Nick Cannon ignored her wishes, instead deciding to present her with a $400,000 Rolls Royce Phantom to mark their last Christmas before they welcome their twins into the world later this year.
Mariah tweeted earlier this week that she was still struggling to comprehend her incredibly generous gift, adding that Nick had even added a personalised touch.
Lucky girl: Mariah Carey received a $400,000 Rolls Royce Phantom from husband Nick Cannon for Christmas
She wrote on her Twitter page: 'Still getting over my Christmas gift from @NickCannon. License plate:mommyMC : )'
Mariah isn't the first celebrity to own one of the sleek Phantoms, as David Beckham is also the proud owner of one of the vehicles, while Cheryl Cole and Lord Sugar have also been seen travelling in style inside the cars.
The 40-year-old singer spoke recently about her relationship with Cannon, to whom she has now been married for over two years.
Happy family: Mariah is pregnant with twins and is due to give birth in the spring
She said: 'He's a great person, and we have more in common than not...I know people initially were, "What? Those two?" But I think people who know us get it.'
Mariah and Nick confirmed last year they are expecting twins this spring.
And Mariah said they had both been overwhelemd by the amount of support they had received from fans.
She explained: 'Obviously I'm very thankful for this moment. Since Nick and I made our announcement, people have been very congratulatory. We didn't really want to talk about this yet, but I'm in the public eye and really didn't have a choice.
'So I'm just thankful I can go through this time and feel a lot of warmth. It's restored my faith in people a bit.'
And presenter Nick added on his radio show that both babies were doing well, adding: 'Everything is A-OK, both babies are healthy, in tip-top shape. The doctors are extremely happy. We are extremely happy.'
