Gwen Stefani's son may be just two, but he's is already getting driving lessons.

The busy mother-of-two was spotted helping little Zuma navigate his way around a Beverly Hills park on a red toy car today.

Clearly confident on the mini automobile, the adorable toddler looked thrilled to be behind the wheel.

And ever the cautious mother Gwen mostly took control of the car as her tiny tot travelled around the park.

But at one stage Zuma looked to have attempted to move his mother's hand away so he could take control of the wheel.

Standing up tall with a look of determination on his face, Gwen watched on proudly as her youngest son navigated the car on his own.

Dressed in yet another rock chic outfit, the 41-year-old looked casual cool for her mother and son day out.

In a charcoal grey coat, leopard print leggings, military boots, and funky shades, she was clearly one of the coolest mothers at the playground.

Gwen is well known for being a hands-on mother.

Frequently spotted with Zuma, and her older son, four-year-old Kingston, the stunning blonde singer spends most of her down time looking after her two boys. 

Both children she shares with her husband, British singer and Bush front man Gavin Rossdale whom she married in 2002.
