The reality star and businesswoman strutted into court to face her estranged husband Jason Hoppy on Friday.
In a hearing about the couple's messy divorce Bethenny, 43, is reported to have asked the judge to evict Jason from the home where they both remain living.

Jason was in court to face Bethenny, arriving with facial stubble and dressed in a scarf and buttoned up coat.
While the hearing took place behind closed doors, the subject of the dispute is well know.
Since their separation he has refused to move out of the former marital home, a luxury loft which also houses the offices of her Skinny Girl business.
The pair seemed to avoid eye contact with one another, reported Radar.
Their home is not the only matter in dispute.

The pair remain deadlocked over the custody of their daughter Bryn, three.
As a best-selling author, Skinnygirl entrepreneur, and host of her own TV show, Bethenny, the mother-of-one sure has a lot on her plate.
And ahead of her court appearance she tweeted on Thursday: 'On the way to the studio. Ever feel like ur spinning like crazy? Reeling it in for a few days!'

At least her love life seems to be going well with financier Michael Cerussi, 34.
Michael is the son of a prominent New York lawyer and was recently seen frolicking on the beach with Bethenny on a sun-soaked New Year's Eve trip to Miami.
Though sources told MailOnline: 'Bethenny is dating,' and added the couple were not yet exclusive, Michael's mother, Kathryn, has even given her blessings to the twosome.
'I am so happy for them, and everything is going well,' she was quoted as saying in Star magazine.
