Demonic transformation: Angelina Jolie dons prosthetics for her latest film Maleficent
For most of the sneak peek, the Mr And Mrs Smith star wears a large ram horn helmet as she stalks around in a dark fur-lined coat while clutching a sceptre.
Wearing deep red lip paint, the bright eyed actress is still strangely stunning even under all of her make-up and prosthetic enhancements - making her look ever so slightly like a plastic surgeon's botched creation.
The trailer promises to tell the untold story of Maleficent, who was simply a nemesis in the original animated 1959 Disney film who put Princess Aurora to sleep.

After saying the cryptic words a green mist emits from her hands, portending future doom.

The highly anticipated film is slated for release on May 30 and co-stars Sharlto Copley and Juno Temple.
