She was stepping out for a visit to a hair salon, but attention was drawn south to a very fetching pair of boots as Minnie Driver strolled with purpose through Beverly Hills.
The 43-year-old actress was spotted as she made her way home following a visit to the local salon on Friday, and she caught the eye as she scurried back to her car for reasons that had nothing whatsoever to do with her long brown locks.
Indeed, Minnie was sporting a garish pair of Navaho style knee-length boots for her latest outing in West Hollywood, and their colourful detailing served to overshadow an otherwise neutral ensemble.

The Good Will Hunting star had opted for a breezy white summer dress that served to accentuate here slender frame, while retro shades and an oversized leather handbag completed a very seasonal ensemble.

But while the actress was distinctive enough, it was her statement boots that provided a very garish focal point as she ventured across the street, her mobile phone pressed against her ear.
Minnie has a busy year in front of the camera, having been confirmed to star in a new America TV series about About A Boy, alongside New Girl actor David Walton.

She’s also been filming for drama Blackbird, which tells the story of a talented young musician on the brink of super stardom struggles with the pressure of her new-found success, and is set to be out at the end of the year.
Her latest project is a thriller called A Conspiracy on Jekyll Island, which is in post-production and is set to be out this year, also stars AnnaSophia Robb, Dianna Agron and Ed Westwick.
The actress set tongues wagging at the Golden Globes last week when she was spotted holding hands with billionaire Ryan Kavanaugh outside a post-show party in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
Their apparent chemistry was hard to deny as he gripped her hand while waiting for their ride home outside the posh Beverly Hills Hotel late on Sunday night.
According to Forbes, Ryan – who owns movie studio Relativity – is worth $1 billion.
