Is that Khal Drogo? Game Of Thrones star Jason Momoa is almost unrecognizable in Johnny Depp-inspired get-up at Sundance Film Festival
In the HBO series Game Of Thrones, Jason Momoa was a slick warrior with his long hair pulled back and his muscles bulging to play feared Khal Drogo.
So it was a shock to see the 32-year-old on Friday at the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah looking like a Johnny Depp impersonator.
Wearing clothes that appeared as if they had been pulled off a homeless man and with his black hair lightened to a dark grey, he was almost unrecognizable.

The Jason we know: As Khal Drogo in season one of the HBO show Game Of Thrones, which made him a star
His inspiration?: The look must have come from Johnny Depp, seen here on January 11 in LA
Jason's beat up Fedora had as many holes in it, just like Depp's favorite cap, which he has worn for over a decade - and most recently on January 11 at an Art Of Elysium gala in LA.
Adding to the Depression era-inspired look, the hunky star draped himself in a grey vest, unbuttoned shirt with the sleeves rolled up and weathered jeans.
The Hawaii native accessorized the outfit by wearing a long wool coat over one arm and shoulder, a scarf wrapped around his neck, and a pair of brown wayfarer styled sunglasses.
Tattoos and scruffy facial hair added even more edge to his gutter look.
Oddly enough, he looked perfectly attired for Park City, which used to be an old mining town.
Jason is married to actress Lisa Bonet, but she was not seen with him during this outing.
Onlookers did double takes of the actor who was the least dressed-up person on the street.

Embrace: The 32-year-old star put his arm around co-star Julianne Nicholson while walking the snowy streets
At one point Jason even wrapped his arm around co-star Julianne Nicholson on the snowy streets of Park City.
Jason and Julianne are just two of the stars of the film The Red Road, which is being promoted at the famed festival.
Tom Sizemore, Kiowa Gordon, and Aaron Guzikowski are also on the cast of the show that revolves around a sheriff struggling to keep his family together while policing two clashing communities.

The show is set to premiere on February 27 on the Sundance Channel.
In addition to the upcoming drama television series, Jason has Debug and The Voyager coming out soon.
Debug is about six computer hackers that are sent to work on a derelict space freighter and is set to release sometime this year.
He has also been rumoured to be up for a role as supervillain Doomsday in the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman movie starring Ben Affleck.
