She sang Smile, originally written by Charlie Chaplin.

The Tony award-winning actress was backed up by musical instruments: piano, guitars, violins, and trumpets.

In the middle of the song, she gave a shout out to Jay: 'Now you know Charlie Chaplin wrote that song, but tonight, Jay, I sing it for you, the great comedian of our time.
