She used to spend her Saturday nights out on the Toon, guzzling calorific drinks and finishing the evening with a greasy fat-laden kebab and chips.

But Vicky Pattison proved just how far she has gone to overhaul her lifestyle in recent weeks by enjoying a rare evening in on Saturday.

Forgoing a night on the tiles in favour of an evening in front of the TV, the 26-year-old reality showcased her newly-svelte figure in a set of rather revealing pyjamas as she kicked back at home.

Proving a night in has never been so sexy, the Geordie Shore star displayed her slim physique in a plunging lingerie-inspired vest top and skimpy matching monochrome shorts.

Pouting away into the camera as she posed for a selfie, the former party girl shared the racy shot with her fans as she relaxed in the comfort of her living room.

Uploading the snap to her Instagram page, she said: 'Getting ready for tonight in my new pj's!! Thankyou @annsummerspr!'

Since overhauling her diet last year, the MTV star has plummeted from a size 16 to a tiny size 6, lost an incredible three stone and now boasts a waist smaller than that of catwalk queen Kate Moss.

And Vicky displayed the full extent of her weight-loss as she confidently posed next to a lifesize cardboard cutout of her former larger self last Wednesday afternoon.

Showing off her envy-inducing hourglass curves, trim waist and toned pins, the 26-year-old reality star proved she certainly isn't happy to fade into the background any longer as she strutted her stuff in a sexy neon yellow bodycon mini-dress.

Chuckling away as she pointed at a rather unflattering bikini shot of her from last year, the Geordie Shore star looked positively delighted with her rather impressive accomplishment. 

Wearing her long raven locks tousled into loose waves, the bona fide gym bunny accentuated her toned and tanned pins with a pair of pillar box red patent heels, and completed her sexy look with a slick of lipstick in a matching shade.

And while Vicky may have made achieved great things with her dedicated diet and exercise programme, she certainly isn't letting her new healthy lifestyle slip now she's successfully shed the weight.

Vicky put her sudden weight-gain down to the stress of her split from former Geordie Shore co-star fiance, Ricci Guarnaccio.

And she admitted she only realised how big she had got when the results of her wayward eating habits became clear for all to see when she was papped while on holiday in the Spanish holiday hotspot of Marbella last July.

She said: 'I was mortified. ‘I was so big I looked like I’d swallowed Ricci! I felt desperate, but I knew I had to do something about it for my own self-respect.'

And now Vicky claims to have a waist smaller than willowy supermodel Kate Moss, a tiny 24 inches compared to the Croydon-born clotheshorse's 26-inch middle.

She added: 'I’m absolutely thrilled. Six months ago I was shopping for cover-ups but now I’m in the best shape of my life.’
