Comedian Wil Anderson smokes weed from a pipe on a YouTube clip with 24,000 views... but says he does it for 'medicinal purposes'
Funnyman Wil Anderson is an avid weed smoker and to prove it, he did so on a YouTube video that has garnered thousands of hits.
In the video podcast called Getting Doug With High, the comedian explains his loved for the illegal substance to presenter Doug Benson and fellow guest, US comedian Gary Gulman.
As the trio smoke throughout the 48 minute video, he reveals he is 'an exception to the rule' when it come to typical smokers.

'I started smoking it medicinally. I went to the doctor. I have chronic pain. I have a thing called osteoarthritis in my hips... It's a thing that 50 per cent of people over 70 have.

'I am the one person who hasn't lied to get a prescription,' he laughed.

He also admits to smoking 'a little bit in my early 20s at college' but he thought he 'was drinking too heavily' to enjoy it.
Wil is not embarrassed about his admission and says it also helps him enjoy food and movies.
'As an Australian, I feel like I just either visited the future where I have done this publicly or I’ve provided evidence for my trial... Either way I was happy to be involved with it,' he laughed.
