While she might only be 24, accomplished athlete Sally certainly has more than enough experiences to fill a couple of books.
The sports star first came to notice in 2007 when she won the ASP's Pro Junior event at age 14 - the youngest person to ever take the title.
Since then the titles have come in thick and fast for the current world Women's World Championship's number four, she has secured three world tours and three runners-up spots on the ASP World Tour.
Holding court: The bubbly blonde was her trademark happy self at the event as she fielded questions from Layne and Erin
However, they are achievements that have been hard won, Sally told The Daily Telegraph, explaining that she like many athletes has suffered from moments of self doubt.
'You go through ebbs and flows of feeling on top of the world and then you're in a bit of a trough,' she said.
'Yourself and your physical and mental wellbeing is something you've got to work on your entire lifetime.'
