Brooke Shields transforms into life-size Barbie as she encases herself in a plastic box
She had a doll made in her likeness that hit the market in 1982 when she was just 16.
And now Brooke Shields has turned herself into a life-size Barbie, as seen in a photo she Instagrammed on Monday.
The 49-year-old actress and model encased herself in sparkling hot pink box complete with a transparent front, a Barbie logo, and a gold ribbon on top.

The Pretty Baby star got all dolled up in a sparkling emerald green blouse paired with a full skirt.
She glammed it up with large dangling earrings and her hair partially swept back, while flashing a broad smile.
Brooke captioned the image: ‘I made this thanks to you #ContainerStore!!’

The former child star once had a doll made in her likeness when she was just 16-years-old in 1982.
A teenage Brooke can be seen holding up the doll, which has her voluminous brown mane and is wearing eighties style clothing.
According to a commercial for the product, the doll came with many different outfits sold separately, as well as a ring, brush, and stand.

Meanwhile, the mother-of-two was last pictured at the premiere of Big Eyes in New York on Monday night.
She glammed it up in a sophisticated plunging black blouse, a sparkling pencil skirt, and black pumps.
Brooke’s new juicy tell-all memoir, called There Was a Little Girl: The Real Story of My Mother and Me, was published on November 18.
