Her gig as newsreader in the gruelling world of breakfast television keeps Natalie Barr busy.
But the Sunrise star still finds time to relax, and was recently seen enjoying a day at the beach with friends in Sydney.
The 46-year-old, who has two sons, chose an on-trend white one-piece swimsuit for her adventure, but was sure to be sun safe in a fedora and sunglasses.

Natalie recently enjoyed two weeks in Hawaii, where the Sunrise team hosted the show from Duke Kahanamoku Lagoon fronting the Hilton Hawaiian Village.

Over the years, she has stood on the frontline of breaking news, waking at 3am to deliver updates to her breakfast audience.
Barr attended Bunbury Catholic College as head girl in her final year and then studied journalism at Curtin University.
She's due to celebrate her 47th birthday on Thursday.
