'You essentially created my "look" ever since we met on the music video for Hot and Cold.'

She concluded: 'I know sometimes it was hard to find consistent happiness here on this earth, I understand you in that way.
'I want you to know now finally and forevermore that I appreciate you and all the lessons we traded each other in this life. I love you. No more work, no more searching, you are finally at peace.

Bailey was found in his car outside his Hollywood home by his personal assistant, who dragged him from the vehicle before frantically trying to revive him.
The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office subsequently confirmed that Bailey was found dead at 8.25am and appeared to have suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning in an apparent suicide.
The Coroner will perform an autopsy in the next few days to determine the exact cause of death.
A neighbor who had heard loud screams outside Bailey's house earlier today ran to the assistant’s aid and stepped in to carry out CPR, but all resuscitation efforts were in vain.
Described as having ‘undeniable talent’, he worked most frequently with Perry, including on her September 2014 Cosmopolitan cover.
The neighbor on Holly Drive in Hollywood, where Bailey lived in a $1.3million home, told Daily Mail Online: ‘My wife went out to try to resuscitate Jake in the early hours of this morning.
‘His assistant had showed up with coffee for him and then we heard yelling and screaming and a car alarm going off, so my wife ran out.
‘The assistant was trying to resuscitate our neighbor but my wife went out to help.
'They had called 911 and did everything they could until help arrived, but it was too late. The assistant was really shaken up.’
The neighbor, who asked not to be named, said the windows of the SUV in which Bailey was found were fogged up and condensation gathered on the windshield.
Grim find: Neighbors at his plush Hollywood home said his personal assistant found him this morning slumped over the wheel of a black SUV in front of the property
No signs: The neighbor, who spoke anonymously, added that Bailey had appeared relaxed and happy in the days leading up to his death, receiving phone calls and making plans
‘The police arrived pretty fast, it’s really sad, he seemed like a nice guy,’ said the neighbor,
The neighbor added that he had overheard Bailey the day before on Thursday talking on his phone as if life was normal.
‘My office is right near his back yard and I heard him booking jobs, making plans for the future,’ the neighbor said.
‘I heard him complaining to an assistant that the air conditioning wasn’t working and he was arranging to get it fixed. Everything seemed normal, fine.’
Just hours before he is believed to have killed himself, Bailey posted a picture of himself looking happy and relaxed at around 6pm yesterday.
Famous friends: His social media accounts are littered with photographs of the stars he worked on such as Selena Gomez and Katy Perry
Playing favourites: Perry definitely seemed to be a favourite of his, cropping up several times
In the shot the 37-year-old looks straight at the camera smiling and holding what appears to be a pipe or e-cigarette.
Last week he looked equally relaxed in a photo he posted of him cuddling up to pop star Selena Gomez on a photoshoot.
He recently enjoyed a trip to Paris - again with Gomez - from where he posted pictures of himself sightseeing and having fun with a male model named Rory on Instagram.
Today a group of friends gathered at Bailey’s home which is situated on a smart street at the foot of the Hollywood Hills.
A man came to the gate but when asked if he wished to comment on Bailey’s death, he responded: ‘Not right now, thank you.’

Daily Mail Online also contacted Jake’s sister for comment, she would only say: 'I don't have a statement to make at this time, sorry'.
A spokesperson for Starworks who represented Jake, said: ‘It is with deep sadness that we share the news of Jake Bailey's passing.
‘He was an undeniable talent, a great friend, a loving son and brother, and our grief is shared with all those whose lives he's touched.
‘As one of the industry's most sought after makeup artists, Jake worked with an incredible client roster and his work has been featured in publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Vogue Italia, Vanity Fair, and Allure.
‘He collaborated with some of the top photographers in the fashion and entertainment industries and was also a passionate photographer himself.
Tragic end: The 37-year-old, pictured with Nicole Ricci, suffered from carbon monoxide poisoning
‘Jake was a mentor to many, and his work will continue to inspire. He will be truly missed by those who knew him.’
Bailey appeared to have it all - jetting around the world for glamorous photoshoots and attending high profile events with his A-list clientele.
His social media accounts are littered with photographs of the stars he worked on such as Selena Gomez and Katy Perry.
As well as being a successful make up artist to the stars, Bailey was a keen photographer and posted many of his portraits on his Twitter and Instagram account.
But despite the glamorous facade, it appears the make-up artist was also battling some demons.
Six weeks ago, he spoke about enduring 'many a dark day'.
Grim: Bailey's assistant found the makeup artist (pictured here with Nina Dobrev) unresponsive in his LA home
He wrote on Twitter: 'I just want to take a moment to say to all my friends, followers, clients, and especially you #selenators for all your kind comments.
'You've given me bright moments during many a dark day.'
Bailey leaves behind his sister Johanna, who he appeared to have a loving relationship with.
On his birthday back in March, he posted poignant photo of his older sister holding him as a baby, with the caption, '#HappyBirthday to me :)
'Being held by my big sister Johanna first day home from the hospital many MANY years ago.
'She looks sweet but she's really just thinking of all the ways she's going to torture me for the next 16 years. Love you @johannabanananyc'
