Cara - who is best known for her short stint on the Essex-based ITVBe reality series from 2011-2012 - cut a radiant figure as she browsed the stands in search for the perfect cot for her unborn baby.

She was no doubt grateful for the guidance and second opinion her mother Ann - who has done it all before with her and her brother Tom - provided.

Cara - who is due to give birth in February - struck the perfect balance between style and comfort.

Her clingy frock featured a polo neckline in a nod to the it-trend of autumn/winter and reached to just above her knee, exposing her slender legs which were beautifully bronzed.

The mother-to-be teamed the simply stylish one-piece with a pair of black suede wedged trainers and a matching tote bag.

Cara sported a fully made-up face, complete with bold eyes and a glossy lip, and her hair looked sleek in its side-parting and straightened style.

'Good Morning. Looking forward to the Baby Show at The Olympia today can't wait to get my little Bubba some bits,' she tweeted ahead of the day out.

'We went through an awful time together': Cara and boyfriend Daniel are overjoyed to be expecting again after suffering a miscarriage in March

Cara's outing marks her first appearance since revealing her baby joy in a magazine interview last month.

Speaking to Closer, she said is able to get excited about the arrival now that she knows her baby is healthy, five months into the latest pregnancy, although she insisted she and boyfriend Daniel will never forget their child they tragically never met.

She said: 'I was so nervous up until the 20-week scan. I've been trying to relax and enjoy my pregnancy but there's always a niggle of worry.'

It was at the five-month point that Cara and Daniel lost their first child, only two months after they announced their first pregnancy on Twitter.

Unsurprisingly, she admitted the couple - who have been together for over a year - were overjoyed when they discovered they were expecting again.

'We went through an awful time together, and I can see how something that traumatic can break a couple. But we saw a different, more caring side to each other and it brought us so much closer. I'll never forget my first baby, it'll always be part of our family, but now we can't wait to become parents,' she finished.
