GIRL ABOUT TOWN: Dishy Dan Macmillan gets an earful as his girlfriend Daisy Boyd fails to keep her hands off him

He's handsome enough to have made it as a model, was given £30 million from a trust fund on his 25th birthday and had Kate Moss and Jade Jagger fighting over him, so maybe it’s no surprise Dan Macmillan’s girlfriend Daisy Boyd can’t keep her hands off him – or her tongue out of his ear!

I caught Dan, 41, (aka the Viscount Macmillan of Ovenden) canoodling with Daisy outside a London restaurant last week.

Unfortunately Daisy, who works as a sculptor, attempted to lick the left earlobe of the heir to the Macmillan family’s £300 million publishing fortune, which appeared to leave Dan with a nasty case of ear ache – not to mention a disgusted look on his face.

And when Daisy then opted for a more conventional kiss on the lips, he felt the need afterwards to show how – in an ideal world – the lips should be puckered up before the process begins.

But it’s no surprise that the great-grandson of Prime Minister Harold Macmillan has such high standards. Supermodel Moss and Jade – the daughter of Rolling Stones star Mick Jagger – are said to have ended their friendship after finding out that Dan was dating them simultaneously.

Jade finished her relationship with Dan on New Year’s Eve in 2000, but not before she dubbed him the ‘vulgar viscount’. Kate followed suit a few months later.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge could be reliving their student days and painting the town red this week if my spies are right about them attending a reunion of the St Andrews University ‘class of 2005’.

A Buckingham Palace spokesman declined to be drawn on whether the bash in Chelsea on Friday is in the royal diaries, but the 100 guests who have been invited are said to be optimistic.

And their hopes will be raised by the fact that neither Wills nor Kate – seen here in her carefree university days – are due to attend any official Royal event that day. Funnily enough, the pair enjoyed a quiet dinner together in St Andrews on Thursday.

Next year will be a frenetically busy one for Zac Goldsmith and wife Alice because, as I’m delighted to reveal, the couple are expecting their second child just months before Zac is hoping to deliver London for the Tories in May’s mayoral election.

The pair, who married in March 2013, already have a daughter, Dolly, two. The new arrival will be Zac’s fifth child – he has two daughters and a son by ex-wife Sheherazade.

The baby is unlikely to want for anything: Alice is a member of the Rothschild banking dynasty, while Zac is the son of the late billionaire financier Sir James Goldsmith.
