Nigella Lawson revealed recently that she had slimmed down to a svelte 12 thanks to Iyengar yoga – but I reckon her rather unusual diet might have helped too.
A friend of The Taste judge tells me that Nigella has swapped indulgent ingredients for avocados and packets of ham on recent photoshoots.
‘They have become her food of choice,’ says the chum.

George Clooney now has the perfect place to keep bottles of his favourite tequila – a £3,500 drinks cabinet.
His wife Amal forked out for the leather-padded cabinet, called The Rockstar, when she spotted it at London design shop Buster And Punch, and asked for it to be shipped to their Hollywood home.
