She has become world renowned for her lean and statuesque physique that has seen her grace catwalks around the world.
But now Jessica Gomes has sparked rumours she has undergone surgery to reduce her 36Ds.
The Daily Telegraph reported on Sunday that the 31-year-old swimsuit model confirmed that she underwent a breast reduction on her natural 36D boobs 'some time ago.'

It appears the once curvaceous model – who has graced the pages of the coveted Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue for many years – went under the knife in an attempt to reinvent herself on the catwalk as a high-end fashion model.
The Australian model's assets have appeared significantly smaller in recent times, specifically since she signed as the replacement to Miranda Kerr as the fashion ambassador of the David Jones department store in 2013.
Jessica decolletage is not the only feature of hers to have shrunk as she attempts to spruik her career, with her hourglass frame also having shrunk due to recent weight loss.

The physical reductions of the Perth-born model are not the only changes she has made to her life in recent times.
It was rumoured that the exotic beauty split from Australian Rugby Union player Rocky Elsom.
Jessica also parted ways with her long-time management company Chic - the same agency which helped her become one of the most in-demand models in the country.
She is now exclusively represented by a US based company, according to The Daily Telegraph.
Jessica has also made the transition from modelling to acting after being cast as the love interest of Bruce Willis's character in an upcoming action drama Going Under.

Meanwhile, the 5ft 8ins statuesque stunner revealed in an interview with Maxim magazine in 2011 that she wasn't happy with her breasts.
'I'm very skinny on the bottom, but then I have these big boobs.
'When my body started changing I would go to castings and and call my agent, very upset, saying, 'My boobs are growing, and they're not fitting into the sample-size tops!'
'But I was very lucky that, as I was becoming a mature woman, other people were digging it, and I was able to be a swimsuit model,' she said.
