Taking style tips from Cheryl? Karren Brady steps out rocking the same plunging tuxedo dress that the X Factor judge wore to the show's auditions four months ago

But Karren Brady, 46, showcased a whole new look at the Music Industry Trust Awards (MITS) at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Monday night.
And it appears that the businesswoman took style tips from another one of the event's guests - a certain Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, 32.

Karren - who was sworn into the House of Lords in 2014, making her Baroness Brady - donned the same Adam Lippes dress that the X Factor judge wore to the show's London auditions in July.
The mother-of-two looked absolutely phenomenal in the plunging white tuxedo dress, which subtly revealed a glimpse of her cleavage.
The monochrome piece boasted a set of black double-breasted buttons, which cinched in to highlight her hourglass figure.

The London-born peer accessorised with an oversized black leather clutch bag.
Her brunette locks were coiffed into a glossy blow-dry while she sported a fabulous beauty look, consisting of smokey eyes, peach lips and defined brows, in addition to perfectly-manicured nails.
