And Daisy Ridley lived up to her new status as she glammed up for a Star Wars: The Force Awakens fan event in Seoul, South Korean on Wednesday night.
The 23-year-old newcomer looked gorgeous in a statement mini dress with an embellished neckline and ruffled skirt as she joined her director J.J. Abrams and co-stars to answer fan questions.

The actress was flanked by Adam Driver and John Boyega as well as director J.J. Abrams at the event, where they answered questions from an excited crowd of fans.
Daisy's fellow Brit John dressed down for the evening, teaming a grey jacket with black jeans while Adam coordinated in a black blazer and grey tee.

Earlier on Wednesday at a press conference in Seoul, Daisy looked typically smiley in a striking suit. The black top half of her fitted blazer gave way to a red check lower section which carried on down into her trousers.
She teamed the outfit with a pair of strappy burgundy stilettos which displayed a series of stars tattooed on her left foot.
Daisy's shoulder-length brunette tresses fell in bouncy waves, while she flashed a bright white smile highlighted by her bold red lipstick.

She told the Mail: ‘I asked her some stuff that I hadn’t been able to ask Harrison (Ford) and Carrie (Fisher).
‘She said: “Be yourself!”’ We were out in Covent Garden, and it was so chill — and she was so sweet!’

In an interview with Glamour magazine earlier this year, the actress spoke about how first day nerves threatened to thwart her performance.
Daisy revealed: 'He (Abrams) probably doesn’t remember telling me that my performance was wooden. This was my first day! And I honestly wanted to die. I thought I was gonna cry, I couldn’t breathe.'
Such is the demand for the film, fans have already started camping out in Hollywood ten days ahead of its release.
