Top of the chops! Megan Gale showcases shorter shoulder-length locks as she dazzles in plunging gown at the AACTAs
As one of Australia’s biggest supermodels, Megan Gale is already known for being able to pull off any look.
And the model once again showcased her natural beauty as she debuted a new shorter hairdo at the fifth Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts (AACTA) Awards on Wednesday night.
Styling her chocolate brown locks in voluminous waves, the 40-year-old’s features were perfectly framed by her new shoulder length ‘do.

The brunette beauty dazzled on the red carpet as she put on a typically glamorous display as she joined a host of famous faces at Sydney’s The Star Casino for the prestigious event.
As well as revealing her new locks, the L’Oreal brand ambassador opted for a plunging gown from designer Paolo Sebastian.
The shimmering and intricate design of the dress showed off her impressive curves while a chunky statement ring proved to be Megan's only accessory on the night.

Taking to Instagram before the ceremony, Megan revealed her glamorous make-up look for the evening as she wrote: ‘Pre red carpet getting ready for the #AACTAs last night in Sydney with @tobimakeup & @bradmullins_hair - thanks for glamming me up guys.’
The model appeared to be without husband Shaun Hampson, as she posed alone on the red carpet before heading into the venue and watching her film, Mad Max: Fury Road, win big on the night.
The film won Best Feature Film, while its director George Miller was also presented with the Best Direction award.

Mad Max also picked up awards for Best Sound, Best Visual Effects or Animation, Best Original Music Score, Best Editing and Best Production Design and Best Cinematography.
Megan starred as The Valkyrie in the blockbuster film which also starred Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron and Nicholas Hoult.
The Perth-born model is mother and her footballer partner Shaun Hampson are parents to their adorable 19-month-old son River.
