And Hilary Duff proved that all the hard work was paying off as she enjoyed a post-workout stroll through Hollywood on Tuesday.
The 28-year-old looked remarkably fresh in a grey hooded top and plain white T-shirt, which showed off a hint of her black sports bra underneath.

Hilary let her trademark blonde locks fall naturally straight around her shoulders as she casually ruffled some strands to one side.
But she didn't forget to accessorize, as she adorned her wrists with a set of vibrant bracelets and a circular baby-pink bag, with bow detailing.
And despite her hard work, the star couldn't resist treating herself to some chilled drinks and a bag of food, which she proudly toted as she talked on the phone.
The Houston-born got a divorce from Mike Comrie on February 2 and said she is now focusing all her efforts on her four-year-old son, Luca.

'It is very hard. Someone asked me, "How do you sing? How do you act?" Before I had a child, I could do all those things and give it my everything, and I was like peddle to the metal sleep when I die,' Duff said in a Facebook video on February 16.
'And now my son takes priority over everything. I'm not going to be on a world tour and be the top of the charts, because I don't have the time to put in and that's not what's important to me.
'You know, I'm always going to choose my child first and I think every mom feels that way.
The Sparks singer continued: 'So even though we have the talent or what it takes, I think it's hard to choose because acting is something that's always in the forefront and then music is the other thing that I do that I love.
'And then obviously, being a mother is the number one. He's just now becoming aware of what I do and I'm proud to be able to work and show him someday what I've done.'
Hilary currently plays Kelsey Peters in the 12-episode second season of Darren Star's sitcom Younger, which airs Wednesdays on TV Land in the US.
