Catherine, who shares Alfie with her fiance Tom Pitfield, perhaps gave away more than intended.
Looking naturally beautiful in the snap, the blonde beauty beamed down at her tot while wearing a perilously plunging top showing off a mass of cleavage.
She added a simple caption on the image reading: 'My puddin'.
A huge fan of littering her social media feed with sweet personal memories, Catherine also shared a host of other throwback phographs.

One shot saw her while pregnant with Alfie as she lifted up her top to allow her grandmother to cradle bump while adding the caption: 'Love this pic. Great Grandma Jean gives bump a cuddle #beautifultimes #family #blessed'.
In the mood to share, she also posted a picture of a very young Alfie swaddled in a fluffy blue dressing gown with his name stitched into the breast.
Alfie James was 8lb 10oz when he arrived after a 38-hour labour, which the soap star called a 'bit of a miracle.'

In an interview with OK! magazine, personal trainer Tom opened up about the moment Catherine's labour came to an end and they were finally able to meet their son.
He said: 'It was just complete relief. You get to the point where you think you’re never going to meet him.'
Catherine added: 'We were just completely and utterly elated.'

Tom and Catherine enjoyed a whirlwind romance that first began in January 2014 and turned to something more serious when they announced that they were expecting in August.
One week later he proposed to the blonde bombshell during a Venice getaway, after eight months of romance.
