Mark - who famously plays Luke Skywalker - brought a special Jedi training session to their bed-sides complete with light sabers.
He captioned an Instagram snap playing doctors with a blonde tot called Oscar: 'Don't donate for me-Donate for THIS guy! #AwesomeOscar #ForceForChange #GOSH #StarWarsDay.'
The star - who was dressed casually and sporting a beard - also brought along droids R2-D2, C-3P0 and BB-8.
He then hosted a special charity screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens - the seventh instalment of the Star Wars saga at the ICAP MediCinema, in collaboration with Force for Change.

Hamill returned to the franchise with other original trilogy actors Harrison Ford (Han Solo), Carrie Fisher (General Leia Organa), Peter Mayhew (Chewbacca), Anthony Daniels (C-3PO) and Kenny Baker (R2-D2), much to the delight of Star Wars fans.
He told The Sun that he was initially uncertain about reprising his role as Luke, 32 years after his last appearance in Return of the Jedi.
However, he said after seeing the script he was excited about the project - which became the highest grossing film of all time in the UK.

'I read the script on a little iPad with a security man with me so I couldn't take notes ... The first few words in the crawl are "Luke Skywalker has vanished" and I thought, "Boy, this is going to be good!"' he told the publication.
The actor - who first appeared in Star Wars in 1977's A New Hope - said that his small amount screen time as the Jedi Knight didn't matter to him because he knew Luke was central to the plot.
He added: 'I thought, "Good, I'm going to have one of those 11th-hour entrances." I wanted impact. I wanted to affect the storyline.'
Hamill is currently shooting the next installment Episode VIII.
