They've been inseparable since finding love on the first season of Australian Survivor.

But on Sunday, Lee Carseldine and El Rowland showed just how close they've truly become by sharing a VERY intimate video to social media.

Lee, 42, posted a brief clip of El, 43, sitting on the toilet.

The former army corporal had her pants and underwear pulled down to her knees, but was able to shield her nether-region from the camera with her hands.

'El deep in thought on the toilet,' wrote Lee over the video.

In the clip, El stares off into the distance, but makes eye contact with the lens towards the end - indicating that she was aware that the private moment was being filmed.

Earlier that day, the couple had professionally filmed footage of themselves working out in the gym and coming out of the water at the beach.  

The loved-up duo currently have a blended family, but they revealed last year that they're currently trying for a baby of their own.

El, who is mother to one son, Darcy, while Lee has two sons, Sam and Jake, said while she would love for them to have a child together, 'the time isn't right'.

'I'm feeling quite clucky at the moment,' she told OK magazine.

'There might be a time later down the road where we might decide to have a little bub,' she offered. 

When asked about marriage plans in the imminent future, El joked: 'I'm still waiting!'
