And now TOWIE star Amber Turner has confirmed to fans she went under the knife in a post to Instagram on Sunday.
The reality starlet set pulses racing in feminine floral pink lingerie as she outlined the reasons she wanted the surgery, saying she was 'insecure and uncomfortable'.

Amber's been anything but camera shy as she took Instagram by storm in a number of seductive shots, showing off her new perky cleavage.
In the detailed post on the picture-sharing site, Amber confessed to the breast augmentation, admitted that many followers would have guess what she went through.

Kicking off her lengthy description, Amber said: 'As I’m sure you all know 4 weeks ago today I had a breast augmentation @elitecosmeticsurgery.'
Amber said the decision to undergo cosmetic enhancing surgery was not a quick or easy one, explaining it was 'something I had been researching and wanting for years' due to her body insecurities.
She added: 'Every time summer came round the one thing that I felt so so insecure and uncomfortable with was my boobs. I was a 34B so I did have a bit of boob but I felt not in proportion.

'I also had one boob that was slightly smaller than the other (this is very common) & I wanted them both to to be even size'.
The whole experience prior to the surgery was one of comfort for the TV personality, with round the clock care and frequent updates about her recovery according to Amber.
The starlet said she's now 'confident' in her new physique, continuing: 'I am so so happy 4 weeks later with the results. I am now a 34D.
'They are settling more and more every day and I can’t recommend them more I am now super happy and confident In my body and that truly is all that matters!'

Rumours of Amber's secret breast augmentation began to swirl at the beginning of December after she announced she was flying to Turkey for an undisclosed surgery. Sources then reported the starlet underwent a secret boob job.
A source told The Sun: 'Amber wanted her boobs a bit bigger and decided there was no better time to have them done.
At the beginning of December, Amber teased her surgery, taking to Instagram as she jetted out of the country, writing: 'Airport vibes. Super excited for the week ahead with elite cosmetic surgery'.
