And convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby, who released her debut pop single 'Palm Trees' on New Year's Day, may now have her sights set on musical stardom.
The 40-year-old could be contemplating entering global talent contest Eurovision in addition to whispers she is set to be the next Bachelorette, according to New Idea.

The magazine hinted 'perhaps Eurovision awaits' for the former Kerobokan inmate, who recorded the dance track 'Palm Trees' with singer-songwriter Nat Zeleny.
With mixed reviews of Schapelle's vocal abilities pouring in on social media as soon as the song was released, her collaborator defended her to the publication.
'When you hear an advertisement, most of the time you're not getting Jennifer Hudson or Mariah Carey,' Nat explained.

'You get a voice that is meant to be easy on your ears in the background [and] that's what Schapelle has,' she continued.
'She has a quality that is really perfect for being that background voice. It's pleasant,' she finished.
The tune, which appears to be a tribute to her sunny home state of Queensland, has notched up over 100,000 views and counting.

In addition to her musical career, Schapelle has been rumoured to be following in fellow Gold Coast resident Sophie Monk's footsteps as the next Bachelorette.
She recently shared a cryptic video of herself posing with the dating contest's iconic red rose.
Her sister Mercedes Corby dismissed the growing reality show whispers in May last year, telling The Kyle and Jackie O Show: 'That's not gonna happen!'
