Emotional: Jess Impiazzi struggled to hold back the tears during Sunday's Celebrity Big Brother, after clashing with Ann Widdecombe over a 'barbaric' task
The argument began after Ann expressed her disapproval towards a task which saw the new male housemates experience the pain of labour in a bid to win immunity.
Ann slammed her fellow housemates for laughing during the challenge, herself unable to even look at the men as they writhed in pain.
'I wasn't the one going through that, and anyone who laughed at that! It is not just a game. A spectator sport of pain is horrible,' she said.
Jess was clearly upset by Ann's comments, struggling to hold back the tears as she said: 'I don't know why I'm made to feel guilty about it, it's getting silly now everyone is getting too serious! It's always like I'm the stupid one!'
Uncomfortable: Ann clashed with Jess over her views towards a task which saw the male housemates experience the pain of labour
Tough: Jess struggled to maintain her composure during the debate with Ann, instead stating it was 'getting silly now'
Unimpressed: Mallika Haqq also slammed Ann later in the show, questioning why she was even in the house
Later Mallika Haqq accused of Ann of being too sensitive, while the politician lashed out at show bosses in the diary room for including such a task.
'I feel like this is torture for Ann. You're not the oldest woman in here, are you just so uncomfortable by everything that we do,' Mallika said in a chat with her fellow housemates.
Maggie Oliver added: 'I'm mindful of including her, but there are some things you have to mind. She's very unbending.'
Struggling: Shane Jenek also won immunity from the first eviction in Sunday's show, after winning a challenge against footballer John Barnes
Emotional: In the challenge, Shane and John had to prove men could be emotional by crying on cue, with Shane eventually coming out on top
This clash came just minutes ahead of Shane Jenek becoming the first male housemate to win immunity from Friday's eviction, after competing in the final round of the task with footballer John Barnes.
Both were attempting to disprove the male stereotype that men could not express their emotion by crying on cue.
While both struggled to get the tears flowing, it was Shane who eventually came out on top, and later revealed the motivation behind his tears.
Touching: The star, who is most famed for her performances as drag star Courtney Act, admitted he drew the emotion from thinking about his position as a figure against adversity
He said: 'I was thinking about when I was coming here. What I realised was that the reason I was coming in was from when I was a 14 year old boy.
'I got my greatest strength from the Spice Girls, Geri Halliwell was a shining beacon of my teenage years.
'I get lots of fan mail from young kids about these harrowing stories. My intention was to come in here and be a positive for anyone who has experience any kind of adversity.
Tearful: As Shane was embraced by his fellow housemates, even Amanda Barrie struggled to hold back the tears
